Hosting
R99 a month
We keep your site online, on any platform we built it on.
- Your site hosted, with SSL on your domain
- 5 mailboxes on your domain, like you@yourbusiness.co.za
- Deployments and server settings handled for you
- Automatic weekly backups, on WordPress sites
- Extra mailboxes R19 a month each
Optional. You can host with your own provider instead. Tell us which before we start the build, and we won't charge you for hosting.
If you leave: we give you the full source code and help move your site to your own hosting before the date it ends. Moving mailboxes is quoted.
Only need email? Email Hosting is R149 a month for 10 mailboxes, for a business whose website is somewhere else.

Care Plan
R99 a month
We keep your site up to date, and make small changes when you ask.
- Uptime monitoring. If your site goes down, we know straight away and look into it within 24 hours
- Monthly security and SSL checks
- Plugin and software updates
- 1 content update a month
- Up to 2 small feature changes a month
- Bug fixes on what's already there
- Requests handled within 48 hours

The Complete Plan. Hosting and the Care Plan on one plan, one payment. You can drop either part later with written notice.

What counts as a small change
Up to 30 minutes of work, using page designs your site already has. Allowances don't carry over to the next month.
Small, covered
- A new phone number or opening hours
- Swapping a photo
- Correcting or rewriting a paragraph
- A new section built from a design you already have, or a form or button change
Not small, quoted first
- A new page design
- A new integration, like a booking system
- Anything touching payments or customer data
- Changes to a Webstore
Anything bigger, and anything past your monthly allowance, is quoted before we start.
Paying and cancelling
Billed monthly, in advance, by EFT invoice.
Due within 15 days. Paying by monthly card debit is coming soon.
No VAT.
We're not VAT registered.
30 days' written notice to cancel.
No refunds for part of a month already paid.
Prices change only with 30 days' notice,
and you can cancel before a change applies.
Questions about hosting and care
Do I need the Care Plan?
No. Without it your site stays online if we host it, but updates, checks and small changes are quoted each time.
Can I have the Care Plan if someone else hosts my site?
Yes. We need access to update it.
Do you guarantee uptime?
No host honestly can. We watch it, and if it goes down we're told straight away and look into it within 24 hours.
What happens if I stop paying?
We let you know first. Unpaid hosting can be suspended after 7 days' written notice. Stopping a payment doesn't cancel the plan: only written notice does.
