Websites
A site that looks like your business, works on a phone, and tells people how to reach you.
Unique designs, not page counts.
You get unlimited pages, built from a set of page layouts: 4 on Basic, 8 on Standard. 10 service pages can share one layout, so you're never charged per page.
Basic gets you found. Standard helps you get chosen.
Every site has technical SEO, so Google can read it: page titles, descriptions and a sitemap. Standard adds the active work: finding what your customers search for and shaping your pages around it, your Google Business Profile and Maps, and Analytics, so you can see what's working.
3 rounds of changes.
You watch it come together on your phone and send one list of changes at a time.

Online stores
A WooCommerce store you run yourself: products, orders and stock in one place.
Payments and delivery, set up and tested.
1 payment gateway and 1 courier method, chosen with you at the start and tested before launch.
Products are counted with their variations.
The Webstore includes 20 products with up to 2 variations each, like a size or a colour. Bigger catalogues are quoted, because 20 products in 5 sizes and 3 colours is a different job.
Found on Google, too.
Stores include active SEO and Analytics.
You'll need a merchant account.
Your payment provider has to approve one in your name before the store can take money. It can take weeks, so start early.
Training and a written guide,
so you can add products and handle orders without calling us.

Custom web apps
For when a website isn't enough: bookings, orders, quotes, or a tool your clients log into.
Scoped before it's priced.
We start with a call about what the tool has to do, then send a written scope and a fixed quote.
Nothing assumed.
If something isn't in the scope, we ask before we build it.

Hosting and care
What happens after launch.
Hosting, if you want it.
We keep your site online, with SSL and 5 mailboxes on your domain. Or use your own provider; tell us which before we start.
The Care Plan.
Updates, monitoring and small changes every month, handled within 48 hours.
Can you update it yourself?
Tell us at the start if you want to change your own words and photos. If you do, we build it on WordPress and show you how, with a written guide. If you'd rather not, we build it in code and make the changes for you, through the Care Plan or a quote.
How a build runs
Most sites take 2 to 4 weeks once we have your content.
Step 1
Talk to us.
On WhatsApp or the form. We reply within 1 working day.
Step 2
Quote and agreement.
A fixed quote in writing, then a Service Agreement. You give us your deadline and we confirm a launch date.
Step 3
Deposit.
Half, by EFT. Work starts once it reflects.
Step 4
Your content.
Words, photos and logo by the agreed date. If they arrive late, the launch date moves; the work isn't rushed.
Step 5
Design and build.
You review it on your phone as we go, with 3 rounds of changes.
Step 6
Launch.
The balance before launch, then we go live and hand over your logins.
Step 7
After launch.
For 30 days, we fix anything we built that doesn't work, at no charge.
