The one exception is extra revisions after your 3 rounds, and we agree those in writing first.
Questions about price
Do your prices include VAT?
We're not registered for VAT, so none is added. The price on this page is what you pay.
Can I pay in instalments?
The standard split is half to start and half before launch. For a custom web app we can agree other stages, in writing, before we begin.
What if I want to change something during the build?
Your 3 rounds of changes cover the work we agreed. Anything new, like an extra page design or a feature, is quoted and approved by you in writing before we start on it.
What happens after launch?
For 30 days, we fix anything we built that doesn't work, at no charge. Standard adds 2 weeks of support on top. After that, the Care Plan covers small changes, or we quote the work.
What if I need to cancel?
Let us know in writing as soon as you can. If we haven't started yet, we keep 30% of the project price for the planning and the build slot we held for you, and refund the rest of your deposit within 14 days. Once work has started, your deposit covers the work already done, so it isn't refunded.
What if I have more than 20 products?
The Webstore includes 20 products with up to 2 variations each. More products, or more variations, are quoted. If your products are in an old store, we can move up to 50 of them for R199.
